today work quite normal lor... hahaha! felicia told me that there is a mysterious customer that will buy shoe from staff, and through the service from us, she will grade. It grade us through attitude, the tones of our conversation and more, well, i didn't know anything! hope that i won't get any scolding from Felicia again!!! somemore after work, she tells me that i already been complain 2 times from the office branch le! say my attitude and tone is not good, need to change

anyway, I GONNA BUY MY SANDAL TMR!!! YUPPIE! HAPPY!!! =D

well, today i ask my staff why do they hate HIM so much ( the name cannot NAMED)
they said that he snatch the customer away? and was too lazy to pack the shoe Back the Lorong...

i was thinking... he help me so much! and always treat me drinks, food, tibits and more. somemore he help me pack the shoe back!

well, its better to have a friend then a enemy... haha! that wad came to my mind...
